After 10 years of growth in custom synthesis from laboratory to pilot plant scale, SynphaBase has now expanded its service offering. In the last quarter of 2008 we successfully obtained formal authorization by the Swiss authority Swissmedic to manufacture and distribute active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) and investigational medicinal products.  

With our state-of-the art GMP production area containing a dedicated 160 L reactor and its auxiliary equipment, SynphaBase is the best partner for typical batch sizes required for preclinical up to phase II API supply.  

In our current set-up we do not work with highly potent materials (e.g. cytostatics, hormones,   antibiotics) and are not in a position to offer microbiological monitoring.
